"How to have such a disastrous welcome.reservation of 6 rooms when we arrived 1 room had been reserved, the receptionist blamed his family members for a misunderstanding of the reservation so conclusion return to Lyon 2 hours of driving and a wasted weekend. too bad for them 10 breakfast and 10 dinner that we will not have.
