"I love moules et frites and will order them whenever I'm near enough to the source of the mussels. These were the best I've ever had. Lamb chops and steaks were also delicious and perfectly prepared. Desserts and calvados blew us away. Service was impeccable. There are (at least) two other excellent restaurants in Genets, all of which we'd happily return to, but le Petit Navire was the best,"

"After 2 years, it's still every bit as good as before. went with the menus again, and asked for advice on wine. don't know which was better, food or wine... I love how you get these little amuse bouche, and oh my god the cheese platter..... this time we also stayed at the hotel for two nights, which was very comfortable, with plenty of on-site parking. can't wait to go back....."

"Visited this restaurant whist staying in Pontorson. We were made to feel very welcome, including Monty our dog. I had the Duck Brest and sauté potatoes and Julia had moules a la creme. Both excellent. The portions were so large that we didn't opt for dessert ( I was ill with a throats infection, so that also may have influenced that decision).Service was prompt and friendly."
