I wouldn't call it a traditional Italian restaurant but my daughter did enjoy the carbonara. She wanted a pasta dish at Windmill food hall, so I ordered a carbonara for her with no black pepper. Flavors were creamy and not too salty. It was actually quite tasty. She finished almost the whole dish and the breadstick that comes with. Carbonara was $16.36 after tax. We asked the lady at the counter what she recommends but I didn’t take her recommendation.. that was my mistake! I wanted to try the Cacio E Pepe since the restaurant was named that and when I tell you I regretted this.. that’s an understatement.. the pasta had no flavor and the noodles were kind of sticky.. the bread stick was good though.. Ordered the chicken Parmesan as recommended. Did not finish. Disgusting. A shriveled gas station hot dog would have been better. Really sticky degraded dinning
