"Wont accept cash and the owner has an absolutely bizarre reason why. Meat quality has also gone down and the store is verrry dirty and dusty, especially the ceiling. Used to love these guys and been coming for 20 years since the San Marcos location. Clean the shop and let us pay in cash."

"I come here because the quality was great, even though the prices are a little more than other fruits. I noticed that the quality has gradually decreased, at this weekend I went there and I ordered a few items on their menu. the worst was the raspados. they threw the aroma down and the shaved ice rink looked more like an ice block. I had to scrape the spoon literally to shave the ice. I got tired so I let it melt all the way away and then threw it in the mull. they give a younger crew who works and honestly, she needs more training. if I will pay the same prices, then I expect each time I make a purchase, about the same quality. I strongly recommend more training, but unlike that I will not return. there are other places that are better."

"Great website and photos definitely got us interested. Cool atmosphere. Staff all super friendly from door to table. All staff seemed happy and having fun. Sat us outside for a big group and it was a beautiful day and comfortable Casey was our waiter and did a fantastic job with recommendations and fast attentive service"
