Always busy, but very fast service for is awesome, only negative is they run out of so many things by 10am sometime. They have this egg pastry thing. It's not sweet, but they call it a pastry and literally 50% of the time they are sold out by 9-10. I've encouraged them to make more to no avail, you can't sell what you don't have! I continually try Lofty coffee in La costa , and I most usually leave disappointed. The staff most noted aren’t necessarily rude, but they just don’t seem to care. "I come here because the quality was great, even though the prices are a little more than other fruits. I noticed that the quality has gradually decreased, at this weekend I went there and I ordered a few items on their menu. the worst was the raspados. they threw the aroma down and the shaved ice rink looked more like an ice block. I had to scrape the spoon literally to shave the ice. I got tired so I let it melt all the way away and then threw it in the mull. they give a younger crew who works and honestly, she needs more training. if I will pay the same prices, then I expect each time I make a purchase, about the same quality. I strongly recommend more training, but unlike that I will not return. there are other places that are better."
