He presents us his card, a minimalist menu that augurs that frozen dishes are not part of the options. Today, the menu features a calf ris accompanied by a cep risotto. After a copyful entry, I enjoy this delicious food and its ready-made accompaniment. The boss told us that everything is done in the kitchen, I believe it unreservedly.
