We've eaten at a few Crepes & Waffles in Bogota and I like this one the best. It's in a old, colonial part of Bogota in the Usaquen neighbourhood that is great to just walk around and visit. Because it is close to the university campus, it is filled with a younger crowd and that made it a bit noisy but lively in a good way.
