Very unexpected, but possibly the best pizza I've ever had. The initial bite and texture was very fluffy and quite mind-blowing. The technique is fantastic, the flavors are aromatic and robust. Had the Bianca pizza, and the Burrata pizza. Ended with an affogato (vanilla/caramel with orange zest). Affogato was good but not as mind-blowing as the pizzas. I'm definitely going back for more.
