We have been enjoying Alfredo's cooking for many many years now as our personal chef during our yearly visits to Cabo. It doesn't matter where we go out to eat around Cabo (just to mix things up) we never have eaten a meal as good as what he prepares. His food is fresh, delicious, and superb.
