The food as always was wonderful. The service is good. My only complaint is that the hostess tried to seat us outside on a chilly night even with plenty of indoor seating. Instead she seated us right by the door. She claimed rhe seating further indoors was for bigger parties. She then sat 3 separate couples at those warmer tables after we arrived! read more.

In pleasant weather you can even have something in the outdoor area.

The waiter while nice, spoke little English so was unable to answer questions about the food or understand our order without coming back to the table to re affirm what we wanted. Burrata was excellent happy hour a great value. Tomato soup a little too rich with Gorgonzola added. Less cheese

We had a great lunch yesterday. We had a time constraint and the waiter made sure that everything arrived with perfect timing and the food was delicious.

"The ladies at Rose Donuts will impress you with their delicious donuts and stellar customer service. I love this place. I had a temporary work gig in mission valley and during that time I would often stop by Rose's in the morning for some coffee and a raspberry donut. One of the ladies got to know me and once she saw me in line, she would start to grab what I wanted while I waited in line- raspberry donut, coffee and just the right amount of creamer. Every so often I would change it up and get something different. What was really nice was that they had such a wide variety of options beyond donuts. Their bagel choices were so delicious as well as their muffins. The donuts were great but what I really loved was the genuine sense of pride and friendliness. They always said Hi and had a friendly smile. I no longer work in the area but the next time Im down there I'll probably stop in. This is a true mom/pop type business. Those ladies are in there EARLY making fresh donuts and living the life. If you're going to support a local business this is a great shop that deserves your patronage."

"Bowls are pretty tasty and well served. Not too pricey. Fish is fresh and you can choose many ingredients to include within the bowl. I recommend the spicy tuna. WC was messy and the venue is just a place to grab a quick bite, not too comfy. Staff is friendly and service is super fast. Conveniently located in a small plaza."

"Love that they have a few vegan options! The hazlenut/oat flavor was delcious; both me and my daughter loved it-i wish the fruit flavors had a touch more sugar to balance the tart more but I really enjoyed it none the less! I would love to come back to try the pistachio-it was always my favorite flavor but haven't found a dairy free one!"
