What Stephan Morris doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
After ordering at the drive-thru, we were asked to pull up and wait for our order. However, when we received our order, it was missing tacos. All I wanted was my monster tacos! To make matters worse, I had to wait and still didn't get them. I've had issues with ordering through the app as well, so I ended up deleting it. I am very disappointed with Jack in the Box right now. View all feedback.
I'm not sure if this specific location is just chronically understaffed, but they always take forever to get the food out in the drive-through. There will be like 3-4 cars in line and it'll take over 20 minutes to get those customers through the line. Don'tcome to this jack in the box unless you have time to spare in the drive-through.
