I come to this Starbucks a fair amount but I don’t think they recognize me as I always order mobile. Weird vibes from staff today then when I realized my receipt had 3 bread items when I bought 2, I went back and requested a refund for 1 item charged twice and he said “I saw you walk out with 2 bags” and I said yes “not 3” Very rude to blame the customer who was overcharged instead of saying “I’m sorry”I’m a great tipper AFTER my order is right and that doesn’t happen in Ladera.
