"I am sorry but I'm a bit disappointed. No doubt the food is very elaborated (worth the 3 star) but I expected more for the final result in terms of flavors. Service is great though, the bread fantastic like the cheese selection, the frog legs and pigeon as well, but I would go somewhere else for dessert and escargots."

"It’s the second time we come to Le Millésime and once more it was great. The main dining room is bright and spacious. Service is serious and professional, but not too formal. The food is excellent: well balanced flavor profile and as always beautifully presented. This time we had the lunch menu: beef tongue, rack of veal and chocolate dessert (great value). The cheese cart is not to be missed. The wine list is the star: lots of great options to choose from. Overall it’s not cheap, but a very fair price for the quality and service you get."

"A very beautiful table made absolutely in Beaune. The house offers a nice choice of local products, beautifully highlighted by the chef. There is no terrace but it is compensated by a room with lots of cachet and air-conditioned. Service is great!"
