"Starting with the food the bread was entirely way too cold. I had the chicken parmigiana with ziti and the ziti sauce was really watered down along with undercooked ziti noodles. Moving onto service, the lady that was serving us had almost 2” acrylic nails with gems glued all over them. I’m pretty sure this is some sort of food code regulation and I worry gems can fall off into food, etc. Service was nothing to rave about as she was not very welcoming and made us feel more like an inconvenience. Now I’ll start off by saying that I love dogs and I have one. But to bring one to an indoor only restaurant is simply ridiculous. The fact that our same server allowed this young couple to sit indoors with a long haired Pomeranian is wild to me. This dog was not only roaming the table below them but was being handed back and forth OVER the table and food. To add insult to injury the dog shakes on the floor and hair went EVERYWHERE. Mind you we were the table right next to them. Our food was already on our table and we were trying to ignore this entire situation by trying to get out of there. The server seemed to know this couple and the fact that she or other employees allowed this is beyond me. I’ve visited before and have called in pizza pretty often but after this I don’t think I can ever visit again. I’m beyond disappointed at the lack of cleanliness and allowing these things to happen."

"35 minutes for 2 subs. 6 workers who moved so slowly, I thought it was a joke. I?ve worked at a firehouse site in a different state and would have cranked out 10 subs minimum in time it took 6 people to crank 5. Everyone there had waited for a sub for at least 30 minutes. Absolutely no excuse and you couldn't pay me to come back. It?s obviously this memory takes forever to read Subs based on other reviews. I told my friend we should have gone to Moes, and now we're bumping because we don't stick to it. Some serious fixation must happen in this store!"

"We are in love with this place! Brandon is just phenomenal, he?s a great server, always takes care of his tables and customers, and he is on top of his game! Food is always great and he makes sure customers are satisfied, providing excellent service and recommendations! ???????? their muffins are fluffy and moist, and cookies are slightly chewy. We always want to get a pie/cake but always end up too full from all the yummy food!!"

"I come from PA a few times a year and when I can this place is a must! There was a simple mistake made where I received the wrong pizza. (He was busy at the time and I might have not been loud enough on the phone. Regardless, with no hesitation, they fixed my order and even threw in some cannoli for the trouble. These guys are the best! A truly authentic family owned pizzeria, They even speak full on Italian! You DO NOT get better than this place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! No B.S.! "Great place for a birthday party! Our oldest son Daniel’s 10th birthday was a lot of fun, thank you! We would like to commend your host Dani- she is amazing. The way that she was able to stay so calm and professional in the event that another lady from a party was cussing in her face was incredible. Not only does this girl need a raise and/or Christmas bonus… she needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer service and professionalism (even in a crazy situation). A beautiful human.
