Food was good. Except for the French onion soup. Also food came out warm . Not hot. Soup was warm. Long wait all the way around.

"I always loved jersey mike, they make a fantastic huh philly. but my experience there tonight was really disappointing. at first it took forever to get our food, although they were not really so busy. second, eating was really not on the spot, nowhere near as well as usual. thirdly, the place was disgusting dirty. not a clean table to be found, my man had to wet some serviettes and one. food among all tables. glass looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. the chaos behind the counter was incredible. only really a disappointment. I don't know if management changed? but will not be in every hurry to go back."

"After 40 minutes of sitting without being hit by a waitress, we left. Full staff was on the back with the play-up and play-off and the three tables waiting with us, as well as with us. I have fun, but not even an employee on the ground for half an hour, and that includes the bar? I've never seen such a terrible service in my life."

"Many Hibachi tables, extensive menu, three areas of restaurant yo sitting and not waiting for a full table for Hibachi dinner. The food was so delicious! Our party of 6 never had an empty cup that is a big deal for us. We're coming back!"
