Had dinner at Kaede a few weeks back after another place in town I had been planning to try was closed. While the location feels a bit odd (in a sort of mini-strip mall right off the highway), the interior atmosphere was great. The staff were both prompt and friendly, the miso soup was delicious, and the combos (and the combo prices) were excellent. I would absolutely come here again. read more.

I decided to try this place out since my go to was closed and had been hearing so much about how great this place was. I can say with all honesty, I've had convenience store sushi better than this place. Great little gem in ladysmith, great rolls, chicken teriyaki was good as well. Small, but comfy atmosphere. Great spot!!
