WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I waited 20 minutes in line so someone could take my order. The guy working the front desk was answering calls and failed to acknowledge my presence. He could have informed me they are backed up 25-30 minutes so I could get my order. Another gal from the back came out and asked me if I had been helped. Wait is long but you should know this going to any banzai bowl as they are the original. Never been disappointed at this location, thank you guys
Size large cup is filled half way only costs a dollar or too extra but still very annoying.
