Tried the new pretzel pizza last night, though a bit salty it was a fun slice. The biggest stand out was when I called in my order. Eric C. was amazing. So complete and hospitable like a 5 star hotel concierge. I've not heard great phone etiquette in such a long time, he should train people. What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
The price is good, but the service is bad. They seemed to be understated. We came in and bought an extra pizza?. Cashier said 5 minutes. So 25 minutes later another customer comes in and asked if any pizzas are ready to go. She says yes and gives the woman the pizza that just came in. I'm talking and cashier says oh. You have to wait five minutes. Crazy. Order further or go elsewhere. View all feedback.
