Longhi's Kaanapali - Lahaina

My daughter and I were visiting Maui on a girls trip for her birthday and graduation. We were seated at a wonderful table outside. It was right before the sunset so we were happy to be seated there. What User doesn't like about Longhi's Kaanapali:
The clams were outstanding! The calamari was decent, and huge portion. The fried cauliflower was greasy and sitting in a pool of oil. The waiter was kind enough to remove the side dish from the bill. However why the kitchen or wait staff would bring out a dish in a pool of oil is insane. The chicken piccata was okay. Nothing to get excited about. Outdoor seating was fabulous.
