unprofessional. they have children trying to lead the house. they're talking to everyone else about everything. friends allow to sit in there and eat and turn around with them. a hirer goes out of the load to talk to a friend. Call for pickup and when I came there, wait another 30 minutes because they give away some of my orders. Food is good, but service is bad.

"Friends bring friends to Julie Ann’s! First impression from the outside: What an adorable old ice cream truck but what happened to their sign? The inside has a charm of its own, and the variety is wonderful. I was glad to see that they offer dairy-free options since that is unusual for small ice cream stores. Note: Dairy free is not offered every day unless you include the packaged quart and pint options in the standing freezer (starting at almost $7), or a Julie Ann bar (almost $6)."
