Really my favorite restaurant in the area. There are much less options for AYCE sushi in the burbs compared to Chicago, but sake sushi grill gives the Chicago AYCE spots a run for their money. Their makis are my favorite, the fish to rice ratio is awesome and the fish quality is at least good and usually great. The yellow tail maki and salmon makis tend to be my favorite.
