Good varieties of coffee and bakery options as a coffee shop. Love the open space, cool vibe. Not the perfect coffee but good enough with the whole package. One star is deducted because they let people sit there to smoke cigarette after cigarette in the morning. With the wind it simply means the whole bench suffers.
