I don't normally write reviews and if I make the effort it's usually because I want to leave positive comments, so this is a first for me. I was so pleased to be back at the Royal Festival Hall and looked forward to coffee and a snack pre concert. Sadly the cafe is not run by the same people from before the pandemic. Claimed it closed at 6pm. Perfect, we thought, as we had a dinner booking next door at 6. We arrived at 5.40 and ordered 3 coffees. At 5.45 they unceremoniously threw us out as they were closing. No 5-minute warning, just LEAVE. Hadn't even been able to start the coffee as it was too hot. Other customers received the same treatment. If you close at 5.45, say you close at 5.45.
