I just had to write this review. I went in for peppermint tea this morning and I was surprised to be served tea in a tall latte cup with the bag in instead of being in the tea pot. When I asked for another cup the staff gave me a smaller latte cup, I had to explicitly ask for a coffee cup which took them a while to find a clean one! Never experienced this before but totally worth mentioning. read more.

This is the worst Costa cafe! I have written reviews before but clearly, nothing is being done. Hence, I deleted my previous reviews to write this one. Most of the staff is terrible. The quantity of coffee varies not according to the size but according to the staff. I ordered a medium coffee in a takeaway cup and it was filled only a little over half !
