"A uplifting experience in a small town at the northern end of Gare Loch northwest of Glasgow. The street view of the Cafe is modest but once inside there was barely a seat left. We ordered brunch items which appear on many menus, i.e. one Harissa baked eggs and one poached eggs with Hollandaise on sourdough bread, with in house smoked salmon and avocado. The place is licensed for alcoholic beverages. It was truly one of the best in the Eggs Benedict category I have had, and the salmon fabulous. Their coffee is excellent, the service attentive and friendly, even with every seat in the house, and outside, taken. Top notch."

"I ordered the fried chick’n with cheeze bacon. It was so delicious! Great restaurant to go to with vegans or omnis alike. Very busy so be prepared to wait at peak times. Lots of choice for vegans! Bit expensive for a burger, but you won’t regret it."

"The cutest little curry restaurant houses the biggest and boldest flavors! Absolutely charming little lane off of busy Byres Rd, this curry shop is hands down the best Indian food I’ve ever had outside of India (and I lived in India for 3 months). Only qualm I would have is that it’s so wonderfully spiced and salty that you need to bump up your water intake to offset it!"

"What a gem that is! We were there for a cheese night, but their standard menu comes very recommended, and we will certainly try again. Decor is sweet and seating are comfortable, tables are not like other smaller restaurants cramped! Just next to Hillfoot train station a Jaunt on the train from Glasgow worth an evening!"

"Baffo is one of my favorite pizza places out there. So better than overly rated Paesano pizza. The atmosphere is warm and nice with lovely staff. I go there regularly and had the chance to try different pizzas. My favorites are white base Bianca and Margherita out of vegetarian pizzas. Prices aren't expensive at all and the food is delicious! It is traditional Italian pizza and it has very thin dough with thick crust. Definitely recommend to taste one of their many pizzas!"
