BIG pork ribs! They use reserve ribs and hold the tips, which makes them HUGE compared to baby back ribs elsewhere. (They also sell rib tips, but they already buy the tips separately) The rib meat was perfectly seasoned I always love a BBQ'd meat that is perfectly seasoned and smoked and can stand on my own without BBQ sauce, oh they were also extremely delicate.
