We thoroughly enjoyed our visit - herb flavored margaritas and the remote farm setting are worth the visit alone - steer towards the veggie apps and entrees - as with other restaurants in the area we found the proteins on the mains / both meat and seafood (tuna) to be not as tender - though favorable - as expected... What Hayden Gutmann doesn't like about Los Tamarindos:
We arrived for a late lunch thru a dirt road with not enough signs to find the place. We passed Flora and Acre Baja because this was supposed to be a great place. Yes, is lovely and the staff is friendly. the food is good, but not as outstanding to deserve the drive. The prices are a little on the high side and tips should only be paid in cash.
