I go to the one in Cedar Park, TX often and was eager to try the Vegas location out. It did not disappoint. Bigger place and larger menu than the one in TX. I sat at the sushi bar during lunch and the staff was awesome. By the time I left the place was getting busier. I had 2 rolls for lunch, the Sara Special and Angry Kanpachi. Both were excellent and wanted to eat more if I could. Highly recommend this gem. read more.
