Small restaurant within the Hotel Trilogy. Sat at the bar for dinner after checking in. My dining companion and I decided to split two dishes for our meal. We shared the California flatbread and an order of Wagyu beef sliders. Both were excellent, especially the flatbread. Wish I had the bartender's name to give her a shoutout; excellent and efficient service. Would definitely consider having dinner again at The Parc... View all feedback.
