I talked about how great this restaurant is. Clean, food is great, service is great. I wasn't done. So my family and I literally came back from lunch in Chow Time. The service was amazing... our participant was on things. She removed dirty dishes and asked us if we wanted to refill water. The buffet was interesting. The sushi selection was very limited. But it was cold as it should be. Most foods were not marked. And when they were labeled, it wasn't the right article.
