"Food was solid like always but there werent, enough straws for the emount of drinks, the coffees that all look the same but had different flavors werent marked or labeled in a way so we just had to guess people got the right flavor, multiple ordered sauces were missing and there was a singular napkin. "I picked up. there were haare in my eating and called to tell him that I was on the way back and wanted a refund. the food had not been touched and I brought it back. selam, the cashier was very rude and immediately went to say how I left the load and she did not refund me, although I did not touch or tried to keep the food. I'm coming there and the door is locked up during their open business hours, which it wasn't locked when I first picked up, just after I called. she comes to unlock the door and begins to ask where the hair is. I show her three times where the hair is and she always says she doesn't see it. I showed her the picture and the video I did. I have bright orange hair and she has brown and black. So she tries to sneak the haare as if she wasn't right in my face. then, after they go back and forth with me for about 5 minutes, she starts screaming “They just want her money back, they just don’t want the food” around yes...because it has haare in him and if they know what I wanted, why not just do that from the beginning? I won't even try to eat here again. how upset you when your business is uncareful. it would have been different if she had given me my refund from the beginning."
