What User doesn't like about Ristorante Portovino:
Very noisy, very expensive. Not impressed. I think the highlight of this restaurant is that you can bring your own wine. Don't ask for refills for your regular coffee because you are going to pay for each refill. It's a surprise when you get your bill at the end. View all feedback. It's an Italian restaurant, owner is almost always there, he sees that everything goes smoothly. We were 4 persons, we didn't know what to take as appetizers, he said let me do something for all of you. It was delicious. I know it's quite expensive but it's worththe money. Great choice of wine. read moreA visit to Portovino in Laval evokes mixed feelings among diners. The ambiance is upscale, with the option to bring your own wine. Some reviews mention high prices and noise levels, while others praise the personalized service and delicious food. The Caesar salad and penne Arrabiata received negative feedback, but there are positive comments on the pasta dishes and appetizers. Service quality varies, with instances of forgetfulness and rudeness noted. In the end, the experience seems to depend on individual expectations and tastes, with some lingering disappointments but also moments of culinary delight.
