Food is excellent and portions are big! Very clean and employees are always very nice and always asking if you need anything and if the food is okay.

Only issue is they stay so busy it took 33 minutes to get a baked potato but it was hot and delicious when I got it so really not much to complain about
The wait is a bit long but, that's how it is when they serve good food. Highly recommend Rick's BBQ. Delicious food and good service.
