"When I arrived at the Green Elephant the first thing I noticed was how nice the decor was and how unique it looked. They have very cute mugs and glasses for sale, and plenty of K Cups and other coffees as well. There was a sign that said to greet the servers and seat yourself, so I did. Once I sat down the service was very fast and I was brought a menu. I was very surprised to see they had vegan mayo I’ve never seen that as an option before! They had a couple vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast, which were the tofu breakfast and the tofu wrap. I ordered the breakfast (which was vegan) and my friend ordered the wrap (which was vegetarian, as it had cheese and sour cream). I was hoping there would be more vegan options, but what they had was delicious. There ARE more vegan options for lunch however! Sadly I did not get the chance to try them, but if they’re as good as the breakfast then I would not be disappointed. All in all, the breakfast and their coffee were amazing, and the waitresses were all super kind and told us we could stay as long as we liked. If I come to the area again I’ll definitely have seconds!"
