El Chapulim sits in a store front opening out onto the street. With this setting the diner is left with all of the dust, exhaust fumes, and noise that an unpaved street can provide. They don't provide the visitor with a menu but explain four choices to be selected from. I thought the food was a little better than average. The service was fair. They don't take credit cards.
