It doesn't matter where you eat, or what you eat, there's no way you will get the quality of service and food you get across the water from Holbox. Prices are inflated at a very high percentage (of course, still cheap for us with Euro or US Dollar).This place was, we thought, the best little place to eat, but once they see you coming back the next day, and the next, food quality decreases.
