Cannot recommend this hotel or its restaurant. We stayed with French friends for one night in May 2015 on a 3 day visit to the Auvergne. Our room was dark, dingy and not at all welcoming, in fact it would rate as one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. It was somewhat like going back 60 years.
