La Scuderia from Le Vigan Menu

If you like thin, perfectly cooked pizza crust this is the place to go. Excellent! I return frequently for their Margarita (which isn't even listed on the menu, I assume, because it's assumed everyone knows what it is), with chorizo as an additional ingredient, and ask for their hot pepper oil. What dennisfr doesn't like about La Scuderia:
The service was pleasant enough, but very slow. My wife's vegetarian pizza was just OK. On the plus side, it was a good size and was loaded with veggies, but it was served luke warm (maybe because it was done before my meal? and some of the onions seemed uncooked. My salad slices of duck breast, gizzards (which I do like , walnuts, lettuce and tomato was OK. I probably would have given this place a three rather than... View all feedback.

Not only does this pizzeria make the best pizzas around, they also serve beautiful omelettes and good red wine. The crepes are delicious too .
