Pretty good food. Bustling and lively. Service was extremely quick <10 min. Friendly staff but did not enjoy some of the curries. Views were incredible.

"My wife and I got the very rare tasty bites without our small child. we chose cafe because of gluten-free options (wife has allegedly). the atmosphere was great. the waitress was nice and helpful from beginning to end. the chef came out to make sure our eating meets our mood. what it did, but was delicious. we ordered dessert. I loved the trilogy option with 3 petite desserts that were all great. highly recommended if you want to pamper yourself with a great dinner and drink and dessert to a beautiful night. chef and staff were friendly and nice."

"We went up to the window to get ice. there were many employees in the kitchen, but they were all very slow, even to confirm our existential. two employees looked at me right, said nothing and kept on with their tasks. when we were finally served, the money was not very warm at all. I understand that they are busy, but if a hired person looks at them, they could at least acknowledge that they are there and say hello or welcome, maybe let the customers know they will be with them in a minute? it seems the customer service is a reflection with this restaurant. high prices for moderate icy, coupled with bad customer service. a winning combi! will not go back. for what it is worth, this is the second time in two different friendly 's places I had really bad customer service experiences. I'm not a karen. had not harassed anyone on the theke about the experience, ordered my ice, observed and noticed the lack of Luster experience."

"I highly recommend Ben Jerry's catering service. We booked them for a graduation party this weekend and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I communicated with Kate, and she was incredibly accommodating, patient with all of my questions and super, super responsive. The owner manned the sundae bar and he was funny, courteous and a pleasure to interact with. If you have ever considered having Ben Jerry's cater your event, don't hesitate! It was incredible from start to finish!"
