"Went early on Saturday evening, the owner was very friendly , my partner and myself were both impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. We had pate and garlic mushrooms for starter which weee both homemade and lovely. My partner chose Steak for his main which was tender and cooked perfectly, accompanied by chips and all the trimmings. I had the lamb shank with mash and fresh vegetables which was absolutely delicious ! Looking forward to returning for the Sunday lunch sometime soon."

"We called in with our campervan looking for food and to park for the night. My husband went in to ask if we could park overnight on their car park, it was just great that we were allowed. We parked up and went over to have dinner . The owners were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us m. We both ordered the small fish and chips, which came in no time it was delicious and very filling. We decided to share the apple and rhubarb crumble , it was hot and very delicious.
