Pub 46 - Leesburg

Unfortunately, one has to assume that the Pub 46 has not yet made a name for itself. The average reviews are just 2.3.

What Joseph S doesn't like about Pub 46:
We ate here on first arriving at Landsdowne hotel. They do have a dress code of a collared shirt to eat inside, so because I was wearing a T-Shirt we had to eat outside. Eating outside was a not ideal as it was warm outside and people smoking out on the deck was not pleasant. The service was slow, probably cause they forgot we were outside.
