On my final night in Leicester, I wanted a change from curry and decided to try Sri Lankan food for the first time. It was a mini adventure for me. The vegetable rolls were delicious, like giant potato croquettes with seasoned vegetables and a dipping sauce. The sauces in this restaurant have delightful flavors, however, there is room for improvement in their treatment of the main protein ingredients. While the devilled chicken was tasty, it was unfortunately overcooked and dry. The fish curry sauce was excellent, but the promised fresh fish was not delivered, resulting in a frozen fish texture.
