5/5 on all points, aged and stable sourdough, wood-fired oven, perfect work from the members of the bakery, perfect butter pastries, cereal products to die for. I am on the roads of Ariège throughout the department and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that it is the best. Try foie gras on cereal baguette taust with fig jam and a touch of salt and you'll be in heaven View all feedback.
