What jhon “shadow” lugo doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The workers and food were great but the ordering process is the worst experience ever. When you call in to order you have to deal with a call center. I tried doing the PI day buy one get one free pizza and she said they didn’t do it but when I came in the guy said they did do it. I had not been to a pizza hut in many years. I decided to go yesterday and I'll tell you, it's pretty darn good. The pizza was good and the staff is fantastic here. I'll be coming again soon. View all feedback.
