"Very nice restaurant where it must be pleasant to eat outside. Having gone there one evening with family, disappointed with the dishes where blandness was omnipresent. Even the dessert lacked flavor. Too bad because beautifully presented, but with the upper part crushing the cake before you can cut it!! Finally there was a lot of lack of smiles and thanks to the waitresses who didn't seem to appreciate what they were doing. Too bad, there is potential!!! Kid-friendliness: Space inside and out. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible. "I took my friends here and they have spent the last 6 years sampling every conceivable restaurant in Gard but hadn't been here before. What a pleasure. The prix fixe menu was wonderfully varied and we all found something to love. An amuse bouche arrived with our cocktails which is always a nice touch. Wine list is just large enough to suit a range of prices and has the nice option of wines from farther afield than just Languedoc for those with a love of Burgundy and Bordeaux. My duck was perfectly prepared as was my friends' lamb chops. My friends plan to return with some of their neighbours to show off the lovely fare served here. Our waiter was superb and offered to speak English if we needed it but was patient with our French and explained a couple of mystery items on the menu very well. Even though the place was fully booked for lunch it never seemed too loud. The owners of the small restaurant in our village arrived with relatives for a birthday lunch and I think that is a great recommendation in itself."
