"They don't train their baristas. Or maybe they're just lazy. Tried both Bo's coffeeshops in Butuan, had passable coffee 1 time at the Robinson's mall but must have been lucky coz all other times undrinkable."

"My friends and I came to this place to late lunch. we were surprised that her service was good for 5 people! we had a hard time to end our eating. Unfortunately, their employees need a thorough training in customer service. when we ordered for more drinks, we were told that their shutdown was 2pm (but we were not informed before). worse, they shut down the air conditioning system so we had to take our food out because we already sweated."

"This has been one of my favorite watering holes for my past business trips in the city. The place really has ambiance that makes it ideal for meeting and chilling with the friendly locals after office hours. They've got a good selection of wine "
