What Marisol Abernathy doesn't like about Dani's Restaurant:
I was really looking forward to having a local Hawaiian dining experience on Kauai. This was not the place. The food was mediocre, the ambience totally lacking, and the service was far from friendly. I can overlook a lot, but when people don’t seem to appreciate your business, there’s no reason to go there. Would... View all feedback. What Aleksandras Klaudija likes about Dani's Restaurant:
10/10 amazing! her hamburgerpatty is so crispy on the outside, tasteful and soft. perfect egg, I mean perfect. her gravitation is so tasty, little pfeffer, should have ordered an additional page, because no quantity would have been enough. perfect rice. the room is very clean, tables are nicely spread apart and everyone wears masks. we came late, so many things were sold out, which is my own fault. can not wait to go back and have papaya pancakes that we have for special.

read moreExperience a taste of Hawaiian cuisine at this local diner on Kauai, offering simple yet delicious dishes. While some reviewers found the food to be mediocre and lacking in flavor, others raved about the crispy hamburger patty and perfect egg. The ambience may be basic, with a cafeteria-like setup and plain decor, but the friendly service and authentic local dishes keep customers coming back. Prices are relatively reasonable compared to other restaurants on the island, making it a great option for a casual meal. Don't forget to try the Loco Moco or the papaya pancakes for a special treat. So whether you're in the mood for a classic hamburger steak Loco Moco or beef stew and rice, this spot offers a taste of true Hawaiian flavors in a relaxed setting. Plus, with the added bonus of accepting credit cards and following safety protocols like wearing masks and social distancing, it's a convenient and comfortable choice for locals and tourists alike.
