"I love food trucks and the quality of the food that comes out of them. The Kauai Sushi Station is no exception! The cashier and sushi chef recommend the big eye tuna and i am glad that i ordered it! Phenomenal!! The cashier also recommended the Ginger Crazy Roll. It too was really good, as was the house made ginger dressing on the salad! The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with my order. I highly recommend trying this food truck!!!"

All that can be said is that they were delicious.This place is busy so I can understand other yelpers being upset about the wait time. I too am one of those who waited 10 minutes before being helped. What was amazing was not even a hello we'll be right with you or a thank you for waiting what will you have. A little acknowledgement goes a long way in the customer service industry, hence the deduction of 1 star.Once helped the girls working behind the counter rocked it and whipped up our two bowls in no time and boy were they delicious.Chloe was amazing.
