"Very friendly staff. Clean and modern setting. Everything was great, Italian soda was very good. We had the fried mozzarella appetizer, very good. Me and my wife split the lasagna and couldn't finish it. I didn't love it but I couldn't quite figure out why. Maybe I should have gone with meat sauce instead..."

"Verde is not your average Mexican restaurant. Generally, food is lighter and not loaded with heavy cheese and rice. Instead, light on the cheese and a bit more cabbage/in-law. Very delicious. The exchange was excellent. The coconut/mango vegan flan (caramelized with a torch) was decadent fantastic. Drinks are expensive and slightly weak. Prices are high and rice/beans are not included in the main meals."

"Wonderful local grinds food). The owner and her assistant, , were Wonderful, helpful in explaining the local food choices. She is very charming. The food is delicious. I was craving Portuguese sausage, and the breakfast special I had came with 2 meat choices, which is a lot, and incredible and an absolute bargain!!!. Come her, you won 't be disappointed. As her slogan say, I make the best Hawaiian local food. Delicious to the last bite, . This is no lie. Come eat here, learn a little about some local food and sights. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.!"

"Stopped in for dinner on our way back from the beach. Zack helped us with our order and made great suggestions for our first time there. He was so fun and personable. We got pulled pork, ribs and chicken. All were great, but we all raves about the chicken. Smoked to perfection, great flavor and so tender. Best chicken I have had in a long time! Also loved the sides: beans, rice, slaw and Mac salad."
