Passed by this place at lunchtime, and noticed it was busy so took a chance. Warmly greeted (in French no English spoken), and taken to an upstairs table overlooking the ground floor. A restaurant where no one bothers to take your wine order, the waiter then spills a serious amount of wine, apologizes and subsequently does not bother to clean your table and where cutlery is absent several times during dinner.
